Why participate in a camp with a Mountain Guide?
The offer of climbing courses is now very wide, however in Italy there is only one professional figure authorized by law to teach outdoor mountaineering disciplines and recognized at international level, the Alpine Guide.
The high-level training and the considerable complexity of the course guarantee a high standard in order to ensure safety of customers and the quality of teaching.

THE PROGRAM
We will begin to take the first steps together in the most beautiful cliffs of Lazio, you will become familiar with the shoes and you will approach to a new concept of balance and sensitivity.
Based on the level of the group we will analyze the basic motor patterns and then move on to more complex movements looking for the best way to feel at ease.
On Saturday afternoon, once back from the day at the crag, Dr. Beatrice Raso will hold a virtual briefing to learn more about fear and stress management, an essential skill to start climbing, to be more relaxed, to enjoy the moment of learning in a safe and effective way.

How prepared do I have to be to face the Camp?
No specific athletic training is required, it is enough to lead an average active life, climbing can be practiced at any age!
Even if you have never climbed on rock or in a gym, the climbing camp base is suitable for beginners.
What should I bring?
You need comfortable sports clothing, a packed lunch, water and the Covid kit with mask and disinfectant gel.
In case of bad weather?
If the weather does not allow the camp to take place, you can choose another date from those scheduled or you can ask for a refund.
